Meet the Team

Ambrish Chitnis is a seasoned management consultant and operating executive with over two decades of experience driving transformation and growth across technology, energy, infrastructure, and SaaS businesses. As the founder of chia consulting, Ambrish partners with forward-thinking organizations to design and scale high-impact operations, optimize post-sales service models, and unlock new sources of revenue and margin.

With a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on operational leadership, Ambrish has advised over 60 companies – startups, growth-stage ventures, and Fortune 500 companies – on customer success, go-to-market strategy, managed services, pricing, and partner models. He brings a pragmatic, data-driven approach to consulting—grounded in real-world P&L ownership, global team leadership, and execution at scale.

Prior to founding chia consulting, Ambrish held senior roles at ESS Tech, Turntide Technologies, Itron, Silver Spring Networks, and leading consultancies such as PRTM/PWC Consulting.

Ambrish holds an MBA from McGill University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai. He is a recognized voice in smart buildings, smart energy, customer success, and post-sales transformation—and is frequently sought after for his ability to balance innovation with operational feasibility.

Ivi Kolasi is a business model innovator and strategic go-to-market leader with nearly two decades of experience launching high-impact solutions across clean energy, infrastructure, telecom, networking, and IoT. Her post-MBA career at pioneering firms like Silver Spring Networks and Itron has centered on turning emerging technologies into scalable commercial offerings—through ecosystem-driven strategies, differentiated positioning, and innovative monetization models. In markets where value is constantly shifting—and where even breakthrough products can quickly become commoditized—she brings the strategic clarity needed to stay competitive and capture lasting value.

At the core of Ivi’s work is creative storytelling—the belief that every product, solution, or even an Excel model must tell a clear, coherent story to resonate. She excels at crafting narratives that connect technical capabilities with real-world value, aligning diverse stakeholders across the ecosystem and enabling traction across the value chain.

Ivi brings a pragmatic, market-informed lens to every engagement, quickly identifying where and how to capture value. Her strengths include pricing strategy and model design, ecosystem partnerships, and building the commercialization pathways that help companies scale while de-risking their go-to-market efforts.

She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia.
